Meet Your Trainer
Hi all, I'm Monique !!
Im a wife, mum of adult twins and have 4 cats.
I have a Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness and Rumble Fit Certified.
I have always had a passion for the fitness industry.
I am a runner, and have been for many years (Fun runs and Competition).
I enjoy MTB, boxing and all types of fitness.
My passion is Boxing Fitness....I love feeling powerful & confident
on a good Heavy Bag session. I also love burning those arms on a good
HIIT / Tabata bag session too.
I am energetic, fun, happy, reliable, empathic and looove music.
I have a quirky sense of humour and don't take anything too seriously.
In 2014, my hubby and I put on a charity 5k race in local Beerwah, called 'Beerwah 5000'. It was a great success, and raised over $6,000.

2yrs ago I was founder / owner of a boutique boxing fitness gym .
I was head GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR for all sessions.
I love designing programs and delivering them to my clients/classes.
( I actually train these sessions myself)
I encourage my clients to challenge, push, and try things out of their comfort zone.

I came up with Burn 30 Fitness as:
* I'm a BIG fan of high intensity, whilst adding in mobility.
*I really want to create a different concept to the typical PT.
*I want to GIVE my clients the opportunity to
CHOOSE what and how they want to train.
*I want to DELIVER boxing fitness and group fitness classes.
* I want to PROVIDE for those who are time poor.
* I want to MOTIVATE those who need that challenge.
*I want to OFFER it in a Personal Training environment.
